Beijing Review

Beijing Review is China's only national English weekly news magazine published in Beijing by the China International Communications Group (CICG). Launched in March 1958, Beijing Review reports and comments on the country's social, political, economic and cultural affairs, policy changes and latest developments. It also offers in-depth analysis on major regional and international events and provides consulting and information services. Over the past six decades, Beijing Review has maintained objective and comprehensive reporting and is highly regarded both domestically and internationally for its effort to serve the needs of its readers. Beijing Review is distributed throughout China and has a wide readership covering more than 150 countries on five continents. Its readers range from political and business leaders to researchers and scholars. BEIJING REVIEW has two overseas branches, the North America Bureau in New York, the United States, and the CHINAFRICA Media and Publishing (Pty ) Ltd in Johannesburg, South Africa. In addition to the English-language print edition, Beijing Review also publishes online editions in Chinese, English, French, German and Japanese.
